Shipping policy

SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)

Multiple shipping options are available for you depending on the size of your order and the location of the delivery. We do our best to get you your Kayak(s) and Accessories as efficient as possible to get you out on the water. Shipping rates will vary depending on the size and distance of the shipment. Standard shipment for kayaks is done through freight options.

Note: Shipping usually takes place 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS after an order is placed unless a request has been made to expedite the delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited services.

Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges due to the size or weight of the item(s).

Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

WAREHOUSE PICK UP

Warehouse pick up is available in Deerfield Beach Florida and can be chosen at the time of checkout. Orders are typically packed and prepared within 2-4 days of the order being placed. Please wait for the "Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up" email from The Crystal Kayak Company that will include the details as well as hours of operations for your pick up.

The warehouse does not process pick up requests on weekends and/or holidays.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable. The item(s) will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when available. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. Please note: We do not have the ability to keep any credit card information for future orders.
